Fantastic stock and knowledgeable employee. We needed to replace a mortise lock that a locksmith had told us was difficult to find and wanted $300 to replace it. After a 10 minute visit to Whitley’s lock & safe, not only did they quickly identify the lock based on one picture but had it readily available in stock. The older gentleman working at the time also showed me how to replace the lock. I took it back and in 5 minutes had the new lock in place. What more can someone ask for in a hurry?

Always helpful. Makes keys, re-keys, and so much more. They have the accessories that you might need to label, mark, carry, etc for keys. Big options for a safe if you need one. Friendly people.

They came out to help when I locked myself out of the house on a holiday. Even kept me updated on the timing of when they’d be on the way. Bless this place, the prices were reasonable and the person who came out was very personable and professional. Highly recommend!
