Sales Woman, Amy O. was Outstanding. My purchase took about 10 minutes with delivery scheduled. Amy O. answered all my questions and she blazed through her tablet, to find what was in stock. Took down my information and done. I was signing my papers and out the door, completely satisfied. Amy O. We purchased an adjustable bed frame which I thought was not going to work once it arrived due to our bed frame (head board and the foot with storage underneath). The delivery driver named Jeremy when I talked to him on the phone I told him my concern and he assured me it should work. They arrived early and was able to successfully put it in place and went the extra mile and laid the mattress on top for us. Very friendly and wonderful customer service. The second photo is an our frame we have already. The adjustable frame was able to sit on top of it. We also had a great experience while picking out the adjustable frame.

i came in with my partner to look for a new couch and was immediately greeted upon entering the building by a salesman named Jay. he was awesome! Jay walked us around the whole store to find the perfect couch, asking us what our budget is, what type of couch, what color, material, etc we were looking for… he also answered every question we had honestly and concisely. he didn’t strain to upsell or convince us to buy anything we didn’t want to. every employee we encountered was so kind, including our cashier Veronica and another female employee who smiled and told us to have a great day on the way out :) it was a fantastic, smooth, and stress-free experience, ran by very competent people! we will definitely be coming back next time we need to make a furniture purchase 👍🏻

I shopped on black Friday for a new love seat for my bday. The sweet little gal that helped me went WAY above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for even though it wasn't on the floor. My love seat was just delivered by two very sweet, very professional and very knowledgeable young men. 10/10 recommend. 100% great experience with the team and beyond thrilled with my new furniture!
