Just Okay- I was very underwhelmed by the hairdresser who cut my toddler's hair. She was fast but very disengaged and seemed annoyed the entire time. She was not friendly or playful and was not very responsive or comforting. If you work at a children's hair place, I would expect you to be eager to engage with children.

Briggite is great. I brought my two sons in. One for a first haircut and one for a cut. She did a great job and was very quick. The salon is very kid friendly and had plenty of toys in the waiting room while we waited for our stylist to be ready. Both boys enjoyed riding in the car for their cuts

I’m so disappointed as I saw so many positive reviews, but we had a terrible experience. We had an appointment for our son’s first haircut scheduled today, and when we arrived was told the stylist went home early (which I understand). The person at the desk, said she called and left a voicemail ( which I had neither). Then she she cancelled the appointment and I should have gotten a text. Admittedly, I did two hours prior, but was out to lunch and never looked at my texts. So I looked at her and said… so you just can’t do anything… it’s his 1st haircut? He can’t get a haircut? She said no. So we called another place and explained the situation, they were so empathetic and said they’ll make something work. (Thank you Kinderland!) When I called afterwards to speak to the manager, she called me back… I explained what happened and said I just hope my experience helps them not deal with this situation in the future. Her response was “uh, okay.” What a joke. I will tell you we drove twenty minutes, was able to get our son a great haircut in a MUCH cleaner, brighter, welcoming location. If you can’t treat me, an adult, with respect and compassion… how can I imagine that you’d have the patience to work with my 14 month old. Please get a professional manager who handles receiving feedback well.

We had my son's first haircut here. Positives are this place has a nice play area to keep the kids entertained. That's the end of the positives. We asked for a shaggy mop cut and provided pictures. We got the exact same cut as the two boys before us, just with longer sides. The side and the back were completely hacked up. Everything was too short and it looks like I cut my own kids hair - scratch that - I would have put more thought and care into it. All kids who come here get the same cut. If you like it great. If you don't, don't come here.

Update: our son ended up having so much fun the first time he had fun and was happy the second time. He knew the deal. Play with toys. Cool ride and a haircut. Then a toy and lollipop from the stylist if he was good. We will be going here for quite a while. Previous review: This place was awesome. Better than expected by far. The lady gave our son a great haircut even though our son may have won the award for most difficult client of the day. It’s set up with all kinds of distractions that eventually worked on our son. He even got a toy monkey (his favorite animal) on the way out. I’m sure he won’t be nearly as upset the next time we come now. Great business model. And the price was cheaper than expected. I’m so happy we went today
