Recently, specifically on March 11th, I was there and a tall, thin young woman served me. She was completely impatient, unlike a jeweler who was there at the time and was very friendly. This young woman (not so young) didn't help me at all; she had absolutely no patience, which is very important when dealing with customers. She told me to choose myself, saying she couldn't help me find a pendant for the chain and bracelet I was buying. Despite that, I made a good purchase in cash. I think it's time to stop normalizing the idea that Miami is Cuba; let's bring back good customer service. If the owner ever reads this comment, please don't damage the image of your store with this type of employee. It's a shame I felt this way because in terms of quality and price, everything was excellent.
