We worked with Charity Leeson at Williams & Co. and had a wonderful experience with her. She guided us the whole way through the process of selling a home and answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. We always felt we could trust her guidance because of her experience and knowledge in the Lubbock market. Since we now live in another state, this was very important that we had someone we could trust. She was very up front and fair in all of her recommendations. Also she was very well organized with the sale process and with setting a closing date on the sale. It all went forward timely and efficiently. We have used Charity as our realtor before this home sale and we would definitely use her again or recommend her to anyone in the market.

We recently sold our home with Charity and couldn’t have been better served. She is the real deal. Her knowledge and love of the area where we lived was very beneficial. She was at all times cheerful and optimistic, even when the housing market started lagging and we were concerned. She lifted our spirits with her “can do” attitude. As a first time home buyer, I could not have been more unsure about the whole process. Charity Leeson was absolutely incredible. She walked me through every single step from start to finish. She answered every single question I had and made sure I felt at ease. She was available to me whenever I needed her and was so patient in the process of looking at every house I had interest in.
