I received a high-end coffee machine from Williams Sonoma as a gift, valued at $1,200. Initially, I exchanged it due to some dissatisfaction, hoping to find a better fit. Unfortunately, the replacement model was too noisy for my liking. When I returned to the store to explore other options, the employee informed me that he wouldn’t sell me another machine because these expensive machines cost the store money and go to waste. He also suggested that I go to another store to find a better fit. I pointed out that this is precisely why they have a return policy, but the response still felt dismissive. Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience and hope the store can improve the way some employees interact with customers.

Satji gave us one of the best in-store experiences we’ve ever had! She wasn’t pushy at all and was genuinely interested in helping us better understand the item we were considering. Outstanding customer service — we’ll definitely be back!

I believe a lot of the stuff here is just high priced average stuff. Looked at a few Shun knives today, which are the Faberware of Japan, but here they are pretty expensive. I noticed a $200-300 Shun knife was being sold with chips in the blade. Quality in Japan was lacking, but also quality control at this store to accept that knife. First thing you do is look at the blade.

Greeted with smile and positive energy. Employees are very grateful to help in any type of question regarding the products they sell. They have routine samples for everyone inside the store. (Might be a good idea if they do it outside as well) Products are legitimate and authentic from the suppliers. Lots of quality products from top tier to most basic products they have it all. 3 stars because “there’s always room for improvement “
