I’m a newer car owner, and this was my first time getting a detail — Williamsburg Hand Wash & Auto Detailing has officially set the bar sky-high! I called for a same-day appointment, and Kevin was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining all my options. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade from a basic wash to a full detail, and the team went above and beyond, even staying late so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. That alone earned my loyalty for life! When I picked up my car, I was STUNNED — it looked better than when I bought it. Kevin patiently answered all my (many!) questions (most of which were unrelated to the detail service, and more about general car maintenance), walked me through everything they did, and shared great advice on how to keep it looking new. As a woman new to car ownership, I really appreciated how honest, helpful, and welcoming everyone was. No upselling, no jargon. Just genuine service and amazing results.
