I am from the Louisville KY area. This was my first time at this music shop. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Steve who helped me out. I was looking for a keyboard with midi out and he took me directly to the keyboard I wound up buying. The whole process was smooth and I never felt pressured. Id definitely shop here again!

We cannot say enough good things about Lexington Willis Music! The staff here are always so friendly, professional and genuinely want to make you happy. I recently had an issue with a piece of my equipment. The store manager Chase went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed to correct the problem. Chase even followed up with a personal call to me a few weeks later to make sure that I was still happy and everything was still working properly. It is so rare to find such perfect service these days but they certainly give you perfect service here. They also do a fantastic job of restringing all of our guitars. They have a very quick turn around and always have the strings I need in stock. This is a top notch store that we highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience at Willis Music in Lexington! Chase Hawkins spent over an hour helping my child upgrade their trombone, and I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, patient, and kind he was. He explained everything clearly, made sure my child felt confident and excited about their new instrument, and added just the right amount of humor to make the whole experience fun and relaxed. It can often be difficult to find someone who genuinely cares about helping and has such a deep love of music but we hit the jackpot and left feeling incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for expertise and exceptional customer service, definitely ask for Chase!

Can people replie to these? Okay well if y'all see a slightly bald tall dude with blond hair and black glasses in your store tell me. I think he's my dad and he might be getting me a guitar for Christmas but I don't know and I'm inpatient!!!
