I don't go to chiropractors but when I woke up and couldn't hardly move due to lower back pain, I bit the proverbial bullet. Dr. Heptig was recommended to me by my Fiancée. Her and her best friend and her husband go to him and say he's great. 1st impressions; staff was very helpful and made me feel relaxed. Got some x-rays done and Dr. Heptig explained what it all reveled. Got adjusted and was in and out in about 30 min. I felt immediate relief and a treatment plan. I'll be seeing him in a week. After telling him I had an inversion table, he said that would be great maintenance for my bulging disk. Highly recommend Willow Bend Chiropractic even for the skeptics.

This was my first time seeing a chiropractor. Dr. Heptig was recommended by a friend to help me with my back pain. I cannot imagine a better first experience. From my check in, to working with the staff, the amazing Dr. Heptig, and then the ease of check out, it was excellent. I wish all doctors offices were this efficient and well run. Dr. Heptig is an excellent communicator. He listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan tailored to my needs that was incredibly effective immediately. The facility is immaculate, and runs like a swiss watch. I highly recommend Dr. Heptig and Willow Bend Chiropractic!

I have had two treatments this last week and it has been a delightful experience. Dr Heptig gave me super clear explanations about my treatment program. I have had low back pain for 20 years. Being a doctor I am familiar with all the traditional “researched” approach to treating low pain recommended by western medicine. I also had little to no exposure to chiropractic medicine when I was at UTSW or residency. I’m glad I finally gave Willow Bend Chiropractic a try. After several weekly sessions with Dr. Heptig I noticed a significant improvement both in pain and range of motion. The office was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Willow Bend Chiropractic made a believer out of me.
