Muffie was so kind, communicative, and helpful. We needed a dog walker, and she went above and beyond to make sure our dog was well taken care of. She even came by on her own time to meet our dog the day before we needed him walked, and she worked with our schedule as needed. Our dog loved her! Highly recommend.

Blown away by Muffie/Willow Bend Pet Sitting’s level of service to help us get our dogs cared for, especially given we fall outside of their typical business/service area here in McKinney! Muffie ensured we had a wonderful experience and lined us up with Kiel for overnite/day/dinner visits with “our boys”. Kiel was a hoot keeping us updated with photos, commentary & videos along the way. We returned home to very happy dogs…and an unexpected clean house bonus! I’ve been reading glowing reviews of Willow Bend Pet Sitters for years and now I know why! Muffie was so wonderful with our two dogs. Our puppy is very shy, but she loved Muffie too! This was such a better experience than leaving them at a kennel. We also appreciated the pictures of our pups while we were out of town - it provided extra peace of mind. And we love the local neighborhood connection. Looking forward to working with WBPS for many years to come!
Willowbend Pet sitting is the best!!! They always take such great care of my fur babies. They keep in great contact with me by text when I am out of town. I love getting the pictures and knowing they are being taken great care of. They give above and beyond my expectations. I have used them for over 9 years now and will continue. My dogs are so much better when staying at the house and not being boarded at a strange location with other pets. Love Muffie and her staff so much!!
