It takes almost 24 hours to get a call back and the person who calls you back clearly has had no training. Miss Sonya just kept repeating over and over that she can’t give legal advice. I wasn’t asking for legal advice. I was asking for a free consultation that is advertised all over the website. She also refused to transfer me to someone who could help me and she ultimately hung up on me. Nobody expects to speak with a lawyer for a free consultation, but if I’ve waited over 24 hours she could at least have been polite enough to ask for my name and information like every other paralegal I’ve interacted with for a free consultation. You might want to try giving Miss Sonya some training
