Do not go here, avoid at all costs. The biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I had a head spa treatment and left with half of my hair ripped out of my head, and my scalp in pain. I have never had that happen at other places when receiving the same service. If you want to pay $300 for someone to fiddle around with products for half the time rather than do any sort of service, then this is the location for you!

PA Kennedy and team are the best in the business. Lindsey did my laser treatment today and she was phenomenal. She was informative and made sure I was comfortable the entire treatment. Give that girl a raise! Not only do I always walk out of Windermere feeling and looking my best, Beauty Bank is also well worth it for discounts and packages.

I’ve had such a great experience with Lindsey at Windermere Med Spa. She is always kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns and makes me feel heard and comfortable. She’s also incredibly responsive, whether it’s answering questions or following up after a treatment. Lindsey truly goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel confident and cared for—I highly recommend her!

I recently had another lip filler treatment with NP Jackson and I couldn’t be happier!! We added a lip flip at this visit and they look even better than I could have expected. She always listens to my goals and makes me feel comfortable with any questions.The dental block made the whole process painless which was nice! The entire and staff is wonderful and so welcoming. The new office is beautiful!
