I had Martin from Windsor Roofing Solutions inspect and carry out remedial works on my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain clearly what he found during the inspection. Access was a bit complicated due to neighbouring scaffolding, but Martin handled this calmly and professionally without any fuss. What really stood out was his honesty. After closer inspection on the day, he revised the scope of works and reduced the price accordingly, rather than sticking to the higher original quote. Many contractors wouldn’t do that. The work was carried out neatly, photos were provided, and communication throughout was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely keep him in mind for future work.
