Best experience, and have good variety to choose from! They’re always helping and give you the answers for everything you have in your mind. Staff is pretty nice to talk to. I hook with them through some promo they had last year, and referred my friends too and got myself coupons to get free wine, amazing place!

We are consistently amazed by the wonderful customer service at this location. I have been a customer since 2020 and they are always courteous, helpful, and happy to discuss the process. Today, a wonderful employee greeted my husband and I at the door (didn't catch her name -- 230 appointment on June 27/25) and asked if we wanted her to bottle for us. I haven't had this level of service since pandemic times! We were happy to bottle ourselves, but it was only my husband's 2nd time and he asked for a refresher course, which she happily provided. She offered, without us asking, to let us taste our white wine before it was sweetened and then adjusted it right in front of us, and told us the sweetness level so we know what to order next time. She even offered to take it out to the car for us! What an amazing team Wine Butler Kitchener must have to be employing caring and happy employees like the one who helped us today. Thank you!
