I absolutely never leave google reviews but I just HAD to. Kenisha was so so so so so wonderful. Gave me a discount because I booked two waxes separately instead of as a combo. It was my first wax and she made me feel so comfortable. She warned me when it would hurt and even reassured me that I was doing well and gave pointers for how to do aftercare stuff. If I could give her a thousand stars I would. 100000000000% recommend and absolutely ZERO complaints. She had ordered Starbucks and was given the wrong order and insisted on giving me the extra coffee. Kenisha is hands down the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so DONE!! Not only I get rescheduled after a confirmed appointments, but also it get rescheduled AGAIN when I do come to my appointment.. I'm sorry, but people's time doesn't work that way.. So disappointed.. So unprofessional..
