I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. I paid close to $50 for my daughter’s graduation stole , and I expected the product to clearly display the school name and the graduating class year. Neither of these appeared on the item. If I were not familiar with the school, I would not have been able to identify the logo or determine which school it represented. This item was meant to be a keepsake for my daughter to remember her graduation year and school, which makes this issue especially disappointing. I also spoke with the owner regarding my concern, but the matter was dismissed and I was told that this was simply the layout and that no one else had complained. I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously.and the owner just laugh it off

Their place is so fresh and smells amazing. The people made me feel very confident to take pictures because I was really nervous to. I really appreciated their enthusiasm and hype they gave me in my birthday pictures. I am really happy to have worked with these people and I will most definitely be making another appearance.

The best studio in the city. Thank you for making my daughter’s 17th birthday photoshoot everything and then some. The experience was personal, energetic and welcoming. Winn Studios y'all definitely have a customer for life after this.

Loved the Christmas photo option. Very efficient. Allowed us to experiment with poses. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and that INCLUDED the time it took to print our photos that day (4 sheets of pictures). This was our second time getting photos here (the previous time was with my Daughter's Dance Class), but we look forward to coming again!
