I honestly don’t even know where to start — the team at Wintergarden is absolutely amazing! Shauna made the entire process so seamless. She’s so organized, kind, and truly cares about making your day perfect. The rest of the team was just as incredible — Emily and Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Chef Josh knocked it out of the park — our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was! Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, and we’re forever grateful to this team. Highly, highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shauna and her team at the Wintergarden. Shauna is exactly the kind of person you want involved in your wedding planning, she’s incredibly organized, remarkably responsive (she replies to emails and texts within minutes), and consistently on top of every detail. I was amazed by how much she could manage and remember, all while coordinating multiple other weddings at the same time. Emily and Tiffany were also phenomenal, especially on the day of the wedding. Their calm and capable presence made everything run smoothly. And Chef Josh was absolutely outstanding, my guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. I had the most perfect wedding day, thanks to the beautiful venue and this exceptional team. I’m beyond grateful and would highly, highly recommend booking here. As one of the less-stressed brides, I truly credit this A+ team for keeping me calm and confident throughout the entire process.

Our wedding was on June 7, 2025, and Shauna, Emily, Tiffany, and Chef Josh went above and beyond to make sure that our day was perfect. There were so many logistics that went into the day, even a Baraat in PPG Plaza, and everything went off without a hitch! From the moment we first walked into PPG Wintergarden and met with Shauna, we knew we had found our wedding venue. Shauna and her team were incredible to work with all the way throughout the entire process. Chef Josh even worked with us to make a fully customized Indian menu - all of our guests raved about the food. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Pittsburgh, the PPG Wintergarden was like having a fairytale wedding. Thank you for everything!

Choosing to get married at the Wintergarden was the BEST decision we made!! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and Shauna, Emily, and Tiffany were sooo wonderful to work with. The whole staff went above & beyond to make our day so special! Our entire day ran so smoothly from the ceremony all the way to the last dance. Shauna, Emily, and Tiffany worked so hard to help accommodate our ceremony layout and room flip with ease. Our guests raved about the food and service all night and I seriously would not have chosen anywhere else to get married!!

Can't recommend this venue enough. When we first got engaged we knew the Wintergarden was the first venue we wanted to look at. It ended up being the only venue we looked at! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, so unique, timeless, and classic. It looks great in the day with the natural light coming through all the glass, and then turns into the perfect venue for dancing all night when the sun goes down. We knew we loved how the venue looked, but the service that comes along with it is beyond anything we could have imagined! From setting up the initial tour to coordinating the final details the day before the reception, we couldn't have had an easier more stress-free experience. Shauna is so responsive and was always available to answer any and all of our questions. She is so knowledgable of the venue and knew exactly what to recommend to bring our vision to life! Emily and Tiffany executed all of our day-of plans perfectly and had everything running so smoothly. Between Shauna, Emily, and Tiffany you definitely do not need a wedding planner or even a day-of coordinator because they take care of everything! We missed our cocktail hour as we were taking photos, but we were saved so many of the passed apps and even some of the charcuterie board! We were treated like royalty throughout the entire reception and didn't even need to go to the bar once as we were catered to all night! It was the little things that made our experience at the Wintergarden so amazing. Not to mention, so many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted (and we have to agree!) Chef Josh did a phenomenal job, not only was the food delicious but the portions were huge! The Wintergarden is the most breathtaking venue, but their staff sets them over the top! Everyone went above and beyond and we couldn't come up with one complaint if we tried. We can't recommend this venue enough. We wish we could do our wedding day all over again!
