Mike and his team were very supportive and assisted me in working through a complex legal issue which spanned over 6 years. Covid, court closures and multiple county courts contributed to this timeline. However, Mike and his team stuck with me and we ultimately received the ruling which we were pursuing. I honestly think most teams would have gotten tired of my consistent follow ups, but the office team, Connie namely, was incredibly patient with me. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Wise Law Group. As a client, I expected professionalism, clear communication, and accurate legal guidance — unfortunately, I received none of those things. From the very beginning, there was a serious lack of communication. I reached out multiple times with questions and concerns, only to be ignored or brushed off. Calls were rarely returned, and when they were, it was often days or even weeks later. This left me feeling unsupported and in the dark about the progress of my case. During the trial, I felt the representation I received was unfair and disorganized. I trusted that my legal team would advocate on my behalf effectively, but instead I was left feeling like my voice wasn’t heard. The way my case was handled raised serious doubts about their commitment to providing competent defense. To make matters worse, I was given false and misleading information regarding both probation and parole. This misinformation affected the decisions I made and ultimately added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for legal services and walk away feeling misled and underrepresented. My name is Tisiah Prout Sr, and I unfortunately cannot recommend Wise Law Group based on my experience. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat their clients and make significant improvements in communication, honesty, and professionalism.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this criminal law firm due to the sheer level of unprofessionalism I encountered throughout the process. From the very beginning, communication was a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch—through phone calls, voicemails, and emails—I was routinely ignored. My messages were never returned, and on the rare occasion someone did pick up the phone, I was promised a follow-up that never came. This lack of responsiveness was not only frustrating but deeply concerning, especially given the serious legal matters at hand. What made matters worse was the misinformation I received from the staff. On more than one occasion, I was given inaccurate information about court dates, case status, and even legal procedures—mistakes that could have had serious consequences if I hadn’t sought clarification elsewhere. I expect a law firm, especially one handling criminal defense, to be meticulous and well-informed. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or even basic courtesy. It often felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a client seeking legal help. At no point did I feel reassured that my case was being handled with the care and attention it deserved. I strongly advise anyone in need of reliable, competent legal representation to look elsewhere. This firm lacks professionalism, transparency, and the basic communication skills that are essential in any legal service—especially one involving criminal matters. I left feeling more stressed and uncertain than when I first walked in.
