Good customer service and sincerity. Although the service I needed for my Sony XM4s couldn't be done, Topher was very helpful. I was given a list of alternative shops to try and gave me a temporary fix using electrical tape free of charge.

great people. really know a lot about knowing stuff. told me they could recone a speaker for a minimum of 250 dollars.. It occurred to me that i charge 250 when i sub 120 jobs out to a third party.. or they just really don’t wanna do a job. It’s called avoidance pricing.. wouldn’t it be crazy if i sent them my speaker and they subbed it out to me and i paid to do it myself?? my mind = as blown as speaker…

I called to inquire about a repair to my system and the person I spoke to said no twice before I could ask my question. Very unprofessional and rude! Nevertheless, I will never use these guys whatsoever for any repairs! Wish I could use 0 stars!!!
