Although the legal team at Wolford Wayne specializes in tenant/landlord cases, they empathetically took on my personally injury case and saved me from heavy medical and personal debt. With legal deftness, they tenaciously convinced the insurance company to payout and accept their driver’s liability of driving his truck into me on my bicycle. We didn’t have police reports or witnesses to prove who was responsible for the collision, and still Daniel was able to get accountability from the insurance company. I am forever grateful for Daniel’s persistence in negotiations and Martha’s patience for gathering all the tedious medical and financial documents!

Amazing job done by all. My family and I we very happy that we had them helping us. Dealing with lawsuits is very stressful and the help we got was the best we could have hoped for. Great all around!! Daniel and Piper helped me get a good settlement from my landlord who didn't want to obey the laws. They were patient with my questions, very knowledgeable about landlord tenant disputes, and really knew how to share what my rights are with me in a way I could easily understand. I highly recommend WOLFORD WAYNE!

We are so grateful to Daniel for all his guidance and expertise! He really fought for us and got us a big sum of money in our buyout agreement. Everyone at Wolford and Wayne was super personable, easy to work with, and prompt with communication.
