The service was excellent! I was greeted with big smiles, I felt welcome and my business was appreciated! My hair cut was fabulous. Awesome job ladies. I definitely recommend visiting this place they are very professional. Also Seniors get a discount yay!

I only gave them a 1 because I had too. I was told I could not get my hair washed , blow dried and cut because I was natural. There are no signs anywhere saying that. I would have paid extra if needed. I told the lady that I cannot help how the hair come out of my head. She said the manager said no. This is very unacceptable and if you can’t do hair just say that.

I went in for a trim. I had hair all the way down my back reaching my bottom, I had spent over 3 years growing my hair to this point. My hair grows very slow. I think her name was Lori? Anyways, I was very clear with her I only wanted 2 inches off, maximum, right. She completely lied to my face. Said she was only going to take off 2 inches but I swear she took off close to 7 inches. I genuinely believe she decieved me so she could do what SHE wanted with my hair. Because I voiced “only 2 inches” so she told me she was only going to take off 2 only to take off way more. If you know what I mean. Well anyways so disappointing back to square one because my hair is close to my shoulders now. So there goes a good 4 years of growing out my hair :( . Keep this in mind if you’re like me and really cherish your hair being long. I mean I will give it to her, it’s healthier now. But you can’t just decide for people when they’re paying you. You can’t lie to people either.

I took my 3 year old son here ready for his first haircut. He was so excited until Sam said,”ima bless you today.” That alone made me a little queasy. As my son got on what resembles a bar stool, Sam whipped out a pocket knife and proceeds to give my son three long strands/clumps of hair on his head. Not exactly the braids he was hoping for. 1 star.

I almost made mistake of getting a cut here. The lady was rude and had a bad attitude from the jump. She was saying stuff like, “I don’t know, you tell me” Almost felt as if they did not want to service people. I asked if she could put fade in back, but not just straight up, but rather follow the curve in the back. She said you will need to go to a barber for that. I said, “you are not a barber?”. She said, “no, we are cosmetologists and are not trained for that. I said, let me go on and get outta here. Maybe I’ll try them again when I need my face done. 😆
