A professional team with excellent service. I came here for PicoWay laser treatment and am very satisfied with the results. The staff first carefully assessed my facial concerns, including sunspots, acne marks, and dullness, then created a personalized treatment plan and explained everything in detail. During the treatment, they communicated with me throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. I purchased a package that includes four PicoWay treatments, and the pricing is reasonable with great value for the results. I highly recommend this place to my friends.

I went to Wonder Medical Spa in Santa Clara for my first ever medical spa visit, and I’ll be honest, I had no clue what I was doing. Jennifer and her team were super welcoming and made it really easy for a first timer like me to relax. I came in for an IPL treatment because I’ve been rough on my skin for years and the sun damage finally caught up with me. They used something called the Lumecca laser, which I had never even heard of until today, and I was actually pretty fascinated by how the whole process worked. They explained everything in simple terms, answered all my random questions, and gave me helpful tips on stopping more sun damage moving forward. I was expecting the laser part to hurt a lot, but it really didn’t. I was surprised by how manageable it was. The whole experience was genuinely great, and I would love to come back for more sessions. I’ll definitely mention this place to my friends too, especially the ones who might need services like tattoo removal. It’s nice finding a spot where you feel taken care of without feeling out of place. Thank you!

I received wonderful service at the Spa! The staff is lovely and welcoming, the service was not rushed and thorough, the results are wonderful! I keep coming back to this great team for different procedures for the second year since I discovered them, and very happy with the results! On photo - after my facial - my skin was glowing!
