Dr. Shaena is literally the best. It’s so much more than a massage. She takes her time and listens to what you need. She can really feel what’s going on with your body and knows how to make it better. She’s well-versed in both Eastern and Western medicinal techniques to truly customize your experience. Her space is in a super cool art building, and when you walk into her door, it’s like walking into a relaxation portal. My first experience was 2 hours and I highly recommend booking the same so you can really have time to fully enjoy the experience. Our first appointment was mainly massage and a lovely body brushing, highly recommend. I loved it so much that I’ve already been back to see her. The second time we did cupping and accupunture as well as massage and it was absolutely perfect. I’m already booking a third appointment with her and I’m going to make it part of my monthly routine for self care, thats how wonderful I feel after our sessions. I’m recommending her to all my friends and family. Book with her now! You will not regret it.
I have been working with Dr. Shanna for over a year and she is a wonderful healer! We have utilized acupuncture, cupping, massage, aroma and sound therapy to help with ongoing pain I've been working through in my back and leg. As a coach and athlete, she's been extremely helpful in helping me build a better relationship and understanding with my body.
