11/12/2025 The facial was nice but it’s not what I booked. I booked with a specific employee because that is who was recommended to me, however even though I booked with a certain person and I called and verified that I was with that person they switched on me and gave me someone new. I think it is very unprofessional to do that to anyone. I should have been called and asked if I wanted someone different. 11/17/2025 Following up to my original post above. The owner responded to my review and the general manager reached out a few days after. They were both very professional and apologized for the switch. I feel it says a lot about the company when fault is admitted and they do what they can to make it right. The general manager offered to redo my facial with the specific service provider that I booked my original service with. I would recommend this spa mainly because if you have a problem, they will make it right.
I had my first massage today with Leslie and she is hands down the best!! Highly recommend her to anyone! Will definitely be back. So happy with Woodhouse Spa all together everyone is always very nice and helpful from checking in to check out.
Wow wow wow! You simply must try this place!! It is pampering and luxury all the way. You get to change into a lush robe and slip on shoes, then get to relax in a beautiful waiting room, where they have chocolate and water waiting for you! I had a hot stone massage and wow was it so relaxing and fabulous. The Best Luxury Spa around you feel like you are on vacation!
I have been going to Woodhouse Day Spa for several years. Today I got a massage from Leslie. She was wonderful! It was such a great massage and she really helped work out the problem areas in my neck and shoulders. After my massage I went to the relaxation room and I overheard another customer saying how great of a massage they had with Leslie. So many customers love her. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed. Book an appointment with Leslie D!
