Beautiful spa! Loved the Swedish massage with Michelle V today. I have been looking to start monthly massages again and am excited to find the right fit for me. The massage was so relaxing and Michelle created the balance of relaxation and releasing tense muscles I was looking for. Already booking with her again and absolutely loved the whole experience today.

I recently went for a 50 min Swedish massage and was impressed at how attentive the staff was, the welcoming glass of champagne and of course the massage. Rachel and A (don’t want to misspell her name) were amazing!

The best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Michael was exceptionally attentive and focused on releasing deep tension most therapists miss. I left feeling completely renewed. Highly recommend him and the Woodhouse 🫶🏻

Had a facial that was next level outstanding with Emily S. With her recommendation we started with dermaflash that prepped my cleared my skin for the ultimate 80 min microdermabrasion facial that included décolleté area. Followed with micro channel of moisturizers that made my aging skin look and feel so youthful. I highly recommend these services if needed and would definitely go with Emily’s skin recommendations. She was meticulous with my facial and I appreciate her professionalism. All the gals at check in were super nice and accommodating. It’s a very welcoming and soothing experience.

Let me start off saying my wife’s massage was amazing and the staff did try to make things right but my massage experience was less than satisfactory. My wife booked us a couples massage for our anniversary and I will say that I had the worst experience I could have imagined. Which was extremely disappointing, because we went to the Woodhouse in Charleston, SC just 3 months ago and had the most amazing experience ever. So after filling out my intake form and heading back with my massage therapist she kept trying to upsell me on the service and made it seem like I could not get heavy pressure with the Swedish massage that my wife booked us (which we have booked before). While my wife said she put heavy pressure on hers and that is what she received. Probably 15 mins in I was already crying by how bad the experience was…. No slow movement, just felt like someone was rushing to rub lotion into me and that’s it. I said that my focus areas were my shoulders and lower back, and she spent most of the time on my arms. What really sealed the deal on my worst massage ever was she rubbed my feet and then rubbed my face. I did talk with someone when checking out and they took care of things. However, I am very sad to learn that the Woodhouse experience is not consistent across locations, especially based on their price point. 3 stars only because her experience was good.
