Woodhouse Spa - Odessa

The BEST place to go get a facial or massage in Odessa. I see Diana, and she is the best. She is patient and never feels like she is rushing the process, takes her time, and always adjusts to my skin's needs. The entire service experience at Woodhouse is excellent.

My kiddos spoiled me with a spa day as a Christmas gift and I indulged in a 50 minute Swedish massage duo package with a 50 minute hydrating facial. Both were amazing! I was super relaxed. The services were great and the girls were magnificently skilled! The place itself is very well maintained and has a relaxing peaceful ambience! I definitely will return and highly recommend!

I didn’t expect such a wonderful experience in Odessa. The atmosphere was luxurious and my massage was excellent. There were plenty of employees available to meet every need with courteous and prompt attention. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to others.

I’ve only ever been here for wax, but I’ve heard such good things about this place from people and it really did have a nice atmosphere and it was very well decorated and I decided to test this place out after moving here recently, and even though it seemed like a really nice place I’m not sure if I’ll be back or not. I’ve never had such a bad under arm wax, and I really thought a place like this would do better than most places, not worse. Their person who did the wax did so poorly she had to do it so many times over and over and she ripped my skin off. It was so red and injured and sore for so long after this that it didn’t really fully heal until the hair grew back honestly. Getting it waxed was kind of pointless. It was so ugly, red and sore. It was uncomfortable and unsightly. I’ve had my under arms waxed for years and I’ve never had it done this poorly. I always prefer to just have it waxed because I don’t wanna shave them every day and this lasts a couple months but in all honesty I wish I would’ve just stayed hairy rather than get this done here. Other than that, it seemed like a nice clean atmosphere even though the front desk staff were kind of awkward and unwelcoming. Everyone else in the back seemed friendlier. This was kind of an awkward toss up and I just wish I hadn’t wasted my money, even though it wasn’t much. I’m more annoyed that I was in so much pain and had ugly armpits for quite some time after going here. I really wanted to like this place because Odessa just doesn’t seem to have a lot to offer as far as something that feels relaxing.

I was literally in awe from the moment I walk in ! The reception area looked and smelled amazing! From the moment I entered the staff was very friendly and attentive. Then there was the ladies locker room WOW!…every bit as nice or better than any las Vegas spa I have been to . They definitely did each and every thing in this Woodhouse spa TOP NOTCH! I received a deep Tissue Massage with Selena - she was very knowledgeable and very professional! I asked lots of questions and SHE was amazing and Loves her job, and it shows! I will honestly have to say THE BEST massage I have ever had ! I will definitely use her again -but I bet you can’t go wrong with anyone that is employed there. I encourage everyone to enjoy this beautiful, classy, professional, amazing Spa that our town is so blessed to have!! You have to see it and EXPERIENCE it to BELIEVE it ! *And online booking is SO easy and convenient!! *
