I was excited to visit this spa as it was a present from my brother. The body treatment I had was soothing and relaxing. Shelby did an excellent job and was kind and courteous. The facial with Alessandra was the complete opposite experience and truly was the worst facial I’ve ever had. This was supposed to be a luxury experience but it was anything but. The first time she touched my face it was icy cold. It has been my experience that if there is a temperature issue the technician warns you beforehand and then makes some sort of adjustment. When I exclaimed that it was really cold, her response was: this is what you asked for. In hindsight I should have got up and left at that point. The experience didn’t improve and it felt like I spent more time laying there without her doing anything . My face neither felt nor looked like it just received a $200 luxury treatment. Definitely a waste of time and money.

I’ve been to the Dallas location and this was my first time at the Plano location and I loved it! Marcus did my massage and that was the best massage I’ve had. He was very polite, the pressure was right and professional. The atmosphere is everything, I’ve been going to woodhouse spa for about few months now and I am a regular. It’s worth the money well spent!!

This was the best massage I’ve had so far! I truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were absolutely amazing, professional, welcoming, and attentive. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. My skin was incredibly soft and smooth after the service. I added the head massage, and my headache was completely gone. The entire experience left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly revived. I would absolutely recommend this service and will definitely be back

I had a mixed experience at first. my initial visit wasn’t quite what I expected, though it wasn’t bad overall. But today completely changed my impression! I came back for another visit, and the massage I received was absolutely amazing. Amber was incredibly professional and thorough, she gave me a deep, skillful massage that helped me relax 100%. After that, I had a facial treatment, and the specialist was also very kind, gentle, and clearly experienced. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I’m so glad I decided to give this spa another chance. Highly recommend! 🌸

Woodhouse is my go-to spa for massages. They are always so clean, professional, and their masseuses always do a great job. I just went recently for a prenatal massage, and not only was it one of the best massages I've had, they also had the sweetest gift waiting for me when I checked out. So thoughtful and such a nice touch of customer service going above and beyond!
