Exceptional. In 4 weeks, the progress with our 2 dogs was miraculous. I never thought they’d each sit on their own bed in a room full of dogs all in ‘place’ on their platform beds, staying quietly even while people came and went, ran the vacuum around them. Etc They really worked to understand our dogs and train them appropriately. And they taught us how to keep them behaving beautifully. Happy dogs, happy us. And a great price for how much was accomplished in such a short time frame. Better than we could have imagined. Lexi, Max and everyone are impressive, meticulous, and still caring.
Our family was on a road trip to Orlando to go to DisneyWorld for three days and I had contacted at least four other dog boarding companies including the the one at DisneyWorld, but Woof Tang was the only one that was the most responsive by answering all of my questions and made us feel less worried with their professional and experienced staff and camera both outside in the play areas and in our doggie room. We tried to log in throughout the group playtime to see how they were doing and they were playing and having so much fun that I think they might have forgotten about us. We would definitely be dropping our dogs there the next time we make a trip back to Orlando. Only thing I wish I would have booked prior was a bath for them. They were already fully booked during their stay but would highly recommend a bath from them before you pick up your pups. I would highly recommend Woof Tang for your furry family members if you are planning a trip to Orlando.
Woof Tang Dog Services is amazing! I had an awesome experience from the moment I inquired to the moment I picked up my fur baby. The staff was professional, warm and caring. My vet recommended them and I called them 9 days prior to a trip, in a panic, because my boarding place called me with concerns that my fur baby has severe separation anxiety and it wasn’t a good fit. Woof Tang welcomed us to tour the entire facility and spent time explaining all their processes. Even with the holiday, they accommodated the last minute boarding reservation. During the stay, I watched my fur baby on the webcam. She looked so happy playing in the big back yard with the other dogs. The staff were attentive and I was impressed to see them playing and interacting with the dogs. Every time I called, they were happy to give me an update and alleviate my fears about her separation anxiety. It is evident that Woof Tang Dog Services are dog people and truly care about all who stay with them. I am so excited that I found them and look forward to our next experience with them. Words can’t express the gratitude we have for the staff at Woof Tang - especially Dana and Lexi. Our Maya is a rescue and was basically terrified anytime she wasn’t in our home. We enrolled her in the 3 week board and train puppy program. Although hesitant at first, Woof Tang has EXCEEDED our expectations! Maya has become so confident and her quality of life has improved dramatically. We really enjoy walking her now without constant pulling to come inside! She learned so much, including coping skills like sitting and laying down to self regulate if she becomes overwhelmed. The staff spent 2 hours with us upon pickup to teach us everything she learned and have been there for us when we have questions since being home! We also got a report card almost every day telling us about Maya’s progress which was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about Woof Tang. Well worth the investment!
20/10 stars Back in December I was seriously concerned that my little, goofy Loki would get in big trouble if he got out of my home because he was sure to bite someone. Then I have Rogue who barked all damn day uncontrollably. They both were extremely impulsive and had other concerning behaviors that I was just not getting through with by my training. I wanted my dogs to live a free and full life and that means they needed to be trained and obedient. After months of trying on my own, the day came where Loki almost bit a city official. That was it, I needed to get serious training. Choosing a trainer is a difficult process. There are so many options with various opinions and views, but how do you find one that will be effective. Board and train is not a cheap endeavor and the last thing you want is to waste your money. So I called around, spoke to several potential trainers, and did some research. Ultimately, I reached out to Lexie at Woof Tang K9 and she immediately made time to meet my dogs. I already knew their issues were serious enough to need board and train. She worked with me on the price and got my dogs in immediately. After 4 weeks of training, the dogs (who I now call my scholars) returned from boarding school. I have had them home for two weeks now and I can say that EVERY penny I spent was worth it! The incessant barking has more than significantly diminished and I am no longer in fear that Loki will bite someone. Yes, it is up to me continue their training at home and not allow back into bad habits. When O have questions, I text Lexie and she is always responsive. If i need a home training visit- she is willing. I literally have my dogs safely off leash in my yard and I am 100% confident that when I call they will come. Loki isnt running at the neighbors. Neither of them is ignoring my commands. My dogs are free and they are happy because they are so well trained. I will forever be grateful to Lexie and her team at Woof Tang for giving me the ability to ensure my dogs have a free and safe life!!
