I wish I had taken before pictures because the difference is truly night and day! If you saw what my kids had done to my seats before, you probably wouldn’t believe these are the same ones now. They did a phenomenal job detailing my car, everything looks and smells amazing! I’m beyond impressed with the results and the level of care they put into their work. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone needing their car brought back to life!

My car had a pretty bad scratch after a car wash, and so I came to this shop for help. I was very worried at first. The staff gave me a professional evaluation and quickly repaired and polished the damaged area so well that my car looks like new again. The staff is kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt, True Professionals...Joe, TJ, Treymane & all the crew are great... Without going into a long drawn out story, I had a bad experience at another shop that had installed paint protection film (clear bra) on my brand new car. Found out about Word of Mouth, after emailing & few phone calls, I decided, actually I was invited to drive down (about 1-1/2hrs away from me) & take a look at their work. After seeing some of the work they had done, along with some in progress work going on, I was thoroughly impressed. Joe and his guys answered a ton of questions without any signs of frustration, they explained every little detail I inquired about and more. So made an appointment for PPF, tint and then added Opti-Coat while they had my car. I can't explain with words how it turned out, best way I can describe is AWESOME. I'll never go anywhere else, the drive for me is well worth it. They explain everything in detail, upon picking up my ride, they even explained/showed me how to properly wash & care for the car myself. This is not your $20 shade tree car wash. My ride looked a thousand times better than when I purchased, which was only in December. I had not driven the car much at all, worrying about chips so it only had a touch over 300 miles on it. Well worth every penny, don't hesitate to let these guys work on your vehicle, it's in GREAT hands. Update: 12/09/2025 (8 years later) I think my first experience with Joe was in 2014, my first review I wrote in 2016. All these years later, Joe and the gang are still turning out amazing work. I'm a pretty picky/ meticulous guy when it comes my ride. These guys have never let me down in all the years I've been using them. They just finished up a full body PPF wrap & tint on my new truck. Word of Mouth is always our first stop.

I've been trying to find a good detailer for as long as I can remember. Word of Mouth always comes up. I went to the website through Google and got come contact info. I called, a guy suggested I go with their Mobile Detailing team. I was happy to do so, but the # he gave me was for a dude in CA. 🙁 I don't know how I am supposed to contact for a detail and setup an appointment online if I keep getting the wrong information.
