Finding a reliable travel agency these days can be a real challenge, but World Class Travel in Chesapeake exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into their office, I was struck by their professionalism and genuine care for their clients. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and comfortable, with absolutely no pressure or rushed vibes. The staff are true experts in their field. They don't just book flights; they craft a complete itinerary, handling every tiny detail from transfers to hotel selections. The service is truly top-notch—they were incredibly responsive to all my questions, helped me find the perfect vacation within my budget, and shared some insider tips on locations I hadn't even considered. The location on Dunning Ln is very convenient, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. If you’re looking for a personalized touch and seamless travel planning, this place is a total hidden gem!
Terri was great with helping us plan a wonderful River cruise in Europe. She was patient with all the questions we had. It was a trip of a lifetime and she made it even better!
From our initial conversation, Terri was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, patient, listening to all my insecurities(never traveled abroad), and numerous questions. She helped us figure out how to rent a scooter if needed, and then called before the trip to make sure we had all our documents and to give us insight on how to make it the most memorable ever. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to travel. We were told we did not need a travel agent, but there’s no way we could’ve had all the information we needed if it hadn’t been for her
Giving World Class Travel FIVE STARS. My wife and I reached out to them last year to help us plan a Caribbean vacation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Based on our specific requirements, travel agent Trish Stoner did all the research, offered us multiple destination options, helped narrow it down to Sandals La Toc in Saint Lucia, and literally booked us the best room in the resort (a dozen steps from the pool, two dozen steps to the beach). The picture with the mimosas was taken from the patio of my room. This all-inclusive resort was everything she said it would be and more. From the courteous and pleasant staff, the excellent restaurants, breathtaking views, and a very comfortable cozy room, this really was a once in a lifetime vacation to remember. Trish recommended the concierge service to us and we are glad we included that. The Sandals concierge checked us in, helped us get acclimated with the property and surrounding areas, recommended the best meals to get at the restaurants, booked an excursion for us and straightened out a couple of administrative issues for us, arranged transportation and checked us out. Also, the open 24-hour Concierge lounge had cold beverages and libations, snacks, and early access to the all-important beach towels. We held off on trying the pizza, (because we did not go to Saint Lucia for the pizza, I used to live in Manhattan…) but after a couple days watching many of the other guests walking around with pizza boxes, we decided to try it, and it was very, very tasty. Recommend the Eggs Benedict at Armondo’s, The Escargot at La Toc, Fish N Chips at the Cricket Club, and the Blue Mountain Coffee Rubbed Ribeye at Pitons. Looking at another vacation to celebrate another anniversary in a couple of years. When we figure out when we plan on taking it, the first person I am going to call is Trish Stoner.
World class travel helped us plan our dream trip to the Galapagos. Patricia Stoner was amazing. She always answered my questions anytime of day. She responded quickly and was there when we had fears over our trip. I would use world class travel again. I'm so glad I called and planned our trip with Patricia.
