My wife and I were very pleased with the service. We needed an interpreter for our USCIS interview and they provided us with a Mandarin interpreter. All went flawless and the gent they sent was a very nice person.
The translation that I needed was long and complicated, so I needed to speak directly with someone about what I needed to have them do and how I needed to have it done. I contacted several other translation services, only to speak to someone in California or Louisiana, whom just told me to send them copies of what I wanted to get translated, via emails, and they would get back to me with a price. When I explained to them that I needed to speak to a person in the San Antonio area, to show them what I needed to have done and in what format that I needed it. It was trying to get through a brick wall, fly to California or Louisiana and we can discuss it. So, I went to the Bexar County Clerk's Office and went to their Translation Department, who told me that they use Worldwide Languages, and how to contact them. So, I drove directly to their offices, and low and behold, there was a real person there, whom I could explain what I needed them to do and what format that I needed it, and I was told that was totally achievable and I was given a firm price, which was less than I had been quoted, per page, by the other firms. And, to my great surprise, the finished work was much better than I had expected and better quality too. They really went the extra mile and then some! I would highly recommend them, if you have a need for a well qualified translator, for any language. My experience with them was AMAZING!!!
I have been working with WWL since 2011 they are so supportive and respectful of their interpreters and I’ve been. Customer too when they helped me translate some personal documents. The interpreter training which cost more than $800 elsewhere was given to the interpreters for free. The training is very important and eye opening to help you as an interpreter. Some situations can be so confusing in how to handle but if you attend the training you’ll be more prepared to face them. They always pay on the time they say they will and I never ever had to call and argue regarding my pay because they always on point and so honest. Thanks keep up the good work
My experience with Worldwide languages is excellent. The training that I received here made me qualified and more perfect interpreter. The course was amazing with good instructors. It has helped me developed my confidence and skills more deeply. I am glad to be with World Wide Languages group. I learned a lot. I am very much thankful to WWL.
If I could give 0 starts I would! A company that is A family business and don’t know what to do at all. I was an interpreter, they give money super late first of all, second of all owner Javier is very very extremely rude and controlling and aggressive. I was upset why money comes in super late so they asked me to speak with the payroll department, little did I know payroll department was his daughter in law or something who was just arguing back in fourth only instead of helping. Third of all, Javier does not pay for gas and fourth he only pays 25$ an hour when other companies pay $27 while at HOME! Also did not provide me with a W2 for the year of 2017. I called to explain to him what me and the daughter in law was talking about , he simply said I don’t wanna talk to you and hung up the phone. So unprofessional.I won’t recommend this to anyone and I will let everyone know about my experience here. He also controls his employees on how to speak and look at their texts messages and calls with interpreters! stay away from this company 👎🏻
