My sister and I attended a class and it was an amazing experience. Just did my first class and absolutely loved it! Kyri was extremely knowledgeable and patient, which made a beginner like me feel very comfortable. I was welcomed into the class by the other ladies and was immediately inspired by their strength. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn to protect themselves :)
I attended a trial class and had a great experience! I’ve never had prior experience in self-defence but it was a very friendly class to a beginner like me.
