I love their wines, and some of the staff is friendly, but when I called to make an appointment to view the venue the lady was very rude. Kept interrupting me and gave short vague answers. When I asked for further clarification she sounded annoyed that I was even asking. I was recently engaged and had been wanting to book the venue for my wedding in the future as there was alot of good things this venue had to offer but after that phone call it kinda soured my mood in wanting to go there at all. I wanted to put 3 stars instead of 1 just because of the lady working the counter that day who I also saw at the bridal expo at the booth they had their, and the owner was nice too, plus they really do have good wines and I enjoy buying them everytime I go to the rennaisance fair, but the phone call was very insulting and upsetting to deal with as a new bride.
