The most amazing few days of my life as my husband to be suprised me with the most beautiful engagement ring and asked me to be his wife! My dreams come true all at once and I didn’t dream I’d have one of the most beautiful of rings from Xennox Diamonds in the Brisbane Mall! The amazing service to have it resized so quickly too so I could wear it straight away! Thank you Karl and the team for making Terry and my special moment so wonderful x

Xennox Diamonds offers an experience that goes far beyond buying jewellery. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. The team take the time to understand what you are looking for and offer guidance that is both professional and personal. A real highlight is the incredible whiskey bar inside the showroom, along with their whiskey tasting nights. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, and being able to sit down with a quality drink while viewing stunning pieces makes the whole experience feel unique and memorable. If you want exceptional service, beautiful craftsmanship, and a truly special experience, Xennox Diamonds is very easy to recommend.

We bought my partners engagement ring at Xennox and everything about it was fantastic! The initial visit with Ciara was super informative, engaging and fun. We booked in for a second viewing with her, and Karl drew up our very specific design, and the final ring is absolutely bang on! The pick up experience was equally brilliant (with Prosecco on every visit), and we already can’t wait to design our wedding bands with the team next year. 10/10 experience, highly recommend for anyone looking for design support and a generally awesome buying experience.

Karl is a very lovely person and hosts amazing events in his stunning jewelry store. I was privileged to be at a whisky tasting where Karl was an exemplary host. Everything Karl does is with perfection and style. Thanks so much for the invitation.
