Entrance is around the corner and faces the main road. Really nice Vietnamese cafe . Nice loft area with additional seating and they are in the process of expanding their shop. It's a bit pricey for thier coffees so I got a Americano for 5.20 Almost 7 dollars for 12 oz specialty coffees. They serve food as well.

Such good coffee. This place is so good I loved it and I know you guys will too. The coconut iced coffee was bomb, and their lattes are unreal. It does get busy, so there’s usually around a 10 min wait, but it’s 100% worth it.

Seriously impressed with Xin Chao Coffee! The place is clean and cozy, and I loved the holiday vibe they had going on. I got the Iced Coconut Coffee and the Afternoon Coffee. The Coconut Coffee was unbelievable. So rich and packed with coconut flavored. Simply amazing! I'm definitely coming back ：）

Relaxing coffee shop. It’s got a great atmosphere and a cozy set of places to sit on. It has wifi too. It’s also got a nice set of drinks assortments as well as pastries. Got the matcha drink and the mango smoothie drink. It’s were really good. Also tried the chocolate muffin and the egg tarts. It was pleasant to eat, and was both warm and squishy. Overall really good cafe.

What a cute Vietnamese café! We were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. I ordered a Matcha Latte and it was delicious! I love that they deliver your order straight to wherever you are sitting (and that they remember who ordered what). We’re from Winnipeg and happy to have found this gem
