extremely expensive, unprofessional staff and everything is broken. On top of that also offer horrible compensation, theirs no reason a place charging this much should have as many problems as it does. cold food and long wait times are also a major issue. i highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs

Had a company party here and they charged us 20% gratuity because we were a large group but only like 5 of us order drinks out of 20! Then once our reservation for bowling was over and everyone left besides a few people they were still trying to charge us the 20% gratuity! So you’re telling me we can give them money for 5 lanes for 2 hours plus drinks and Shoe rentals for 20 people and you still can’t take the 20% gratuity off the drinks we are trying order now that the party and reservation is over! We will no longer be having our company party here! I would recommend you do not come to this place in large groups. Lucky Strike is cheaper than this place anyways and will gladly accommodate people better than this place. Management was extremely rude and we kept getting told the bar tender was on break. The pins kept getting tangled on us also to where the machine was cashing people to get strikes /spares when the person bowling really didn’t bowl that. Do Not Recommend having any party here! And if you are a bowler go to a real bowling alley you will be disappointed here.

Went here for the first time, I gotta say it’s not too shabby. It’s a nice little hang out for a group of friends, it wasn’t busy when we went on a Friday night. Staff didn’t greet us but they were speedy when it was time to order food. The birria tacos blew me out the water they were fantastic, didn’t like the chips on the side but the tacos were 10/10. The fish and chips our friend ordered looked amazing as well. It was clean, no trash anywhere, games are up and running and there’s plenty to do, even bowling! There’s tvs off to the side to show you the prices for each day of the week as well, super informative. The karaoke rooms are so much fun and very spacious, definitely enough room to sing and dance the night away! Super cool hang, hope to come again soon

Jeremy was so cool! Got us set up right away on the lanes and arcade games! Kennedy was our server and she was so fun and answered all our questions about the menu and food ... Which was delicious! Get the taco salad and sweet potato fries!! Games were working and lanes were clean colorful and fun! We spent well over three hours here just having a blast! Everything is modern and cleaned and super comfortable and above all all we felt safe. Thanks X Lanes!! We'll be back!
