The was absolutely amazing. It was my first time hearing about this company… they catered my job’s holiday party and the staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. It was self served but the layout was so amazing I mean everything was great. I don’t know this young lady but I’m so proud of her and her staff thank you guys from our team to yours. It was truly Xquisite. Happy Holidays ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Team Xquisite, I don't even know where to start regarding this past Saturdays event: Just know that if the choice is mine, I will never refer/hire another caterer outside of Xquisite ever again!!! First of all, I appreciate the promptness and responsiveness to emails. Even before event day, I was really pleased with how quick of a turnaround my emails, questions, and edits received. There's so much back-and-forth when it comes to picking a menu and I felt like the communication with Melissa was just top-tier. The food tasting was also amazing and the client was really pleased. On Saturday, Alex was a damn rockstar!! He needs a raise, and if you don't give him a raise, he can come work for my company lol. He checked in with me from the very beginning just to confirm everything I had sent over pre-event and make sure he understood what the plans were. He also asked questions and gave suggestions as needed, which is much appreciated. The highlight for me was later in the evening. I explained to Alex at the top of the event that I wanted to use the dessert table as the party favor bag table at the end of the night, so my team could hand out the gift bags to guest. Around 10 PM I headed downstairs and see Alex and one of the other staff members are already setting out the bags on the table. The fact that they had no problem jumping in to support my team and our needs, no questions asked, meant so much!!! My philosophy on event day is that we are a team. Not different vendors and companies coming together on one day, but an actual cohesive team that works together and flow seamlessly. Yes, I am the planner, but everyone's plays a special role to get us to the end goal: Making the client happy and making the day a success. Alex and the crew blended right in as a cohesive team and worked great with my company and other vendors, they were excellent and their professionalism and customer service was top notch. They were fun to talk to (I believe Martha was a staffer? She was such a vibe!) they were knowledgeable & pleasant with the guests, and they were just overall on top of things. AND LET'S TALK ABOUT THE GREEN BEANS!! I mean all the food overall was amazing. Multiple guests stopped me to talk about how great the food was, but THE GREEN BEANS!! People are still talking about the food 3 days later. When people say they are a full-service caterer, they need to follow the Xquisite Catering roadmap! Y'all did that, from the food to the professionalism, and you all are officially going on my preferred vendor list and will be the #1 referral I give to future clients. Looking forward to our event at the top of 2026 and I cannot wait to work with your company again (and I will make sure green beans are on the menu every time lol). From my initial inquiry call, to my event, PHENOMENAL experience working with Xquisite Catering! When discussing menu options for my Doctoral Graduation Celebration, they were very informative, and helpful. The ease of ordering & being able to make payments, digitally, was a plus as well...Streamlined operations. My guests have not stopped talking about how delicious the food was! While there was a delay in the delivery time, they apologized profusely, which I can appreciate...And traffic was horrible and even caused guests to be delayed. Things happen...But the food did not disappoint -- PHENOMENAL! My event was everything I dreamed of and wanted, and the food was a major part of that! Everything was top quality...DELICIOUS!
