I really enjoy coming here with my children. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of what happened today: I came with my two young sons—ages 3 and 5—and they needed to use the restroom. However, the staff wouldn't let us through so they could use it. They are little kids; you can't just tell them to wait. Plus, I couldn't even purchase my pass yet because there were about 30 children ahead of us in line while my son kept telling me, "I need to use the bathroom!" I think they really need to improve in this area, because a small child simply cannot wait to go to the bathroom. They should install a restroom right at the entrance that people can use while waiting in line for emergencies, or they should at least allow parents to take their children to the restroom.

Gotta show up 15 minutes early to fill out the waiver- even if you're not jumping (yes it's a pain in the ass, but you have to do it). Other than that it's fine and kids bouncing off each other is entertaining for them. The bathrooms are well hidden all the way in the back FYI

Paid almost $400 for a birthday party and was very unimpressed with the service!!! Our party was supposed to start at 3pm so the kids could jump from 3-4. Our party guest were forced to wait in a longer line, the "party" line for 20 min and by the time they got socks and bracelets had maybe 30 minutes to jump. Absolutely unacceptable! Then the young teenagers working were catty and rude. Will not be returning, I'd rather drive to Louisville for a jump park. Do NOT pay to have a party here and expect your money's worth!!!
