Unfortunately my Yachtsy experience was subpar, especially for the price. I called multiple times to try and get ahold of someone as well as sending an email to find out more information regarding the rain prediction. It took about 10 calls for someone to finally answer the phone (voicemail box was not set up) and I didn’t get any response from my email. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told she would tell our driver to bring a cover for the boat incase it started to rain. The meeting directions were not clear and once again no one was answering the phone to find out where our boat was. We finally found our driver (he did not even ask for a name). He told us very little information and when asked if he brought the cover for the boat he said yes. 45 minutes into our boat trip, it started raining. The driver asked us what we wanted to do and then said he didn’t bring the cover. We stuck it out (despite the driver clearly not wanting to) but then had to go back due to lightening. Our 2 hour boat ride got cut short to 1 hour and a few minutes after, and there was no follow up about a partial refund. I would not recommend Yachtsy.

Yachtsy provides you with an incredible experience like no other. I truly admire there customer service as well as communication when I had questions on booking their boats. Their pricing is very reasonable and I just love how the trips go when me and my guest are on board!

I had great time on yachtsy. I booked it for a friend’s birthday and she kept telling me how much she enjoyed herself. Our driver was super nice and the views were spectacular. I especially enjoyed getting to see the cherry blossoms from the water. Would highly recommend.

Me and my girls had an AMAZING time on Yachtsy this past Friday! Our driver Isaiah was so professional, timely and a great tour guide for the Baltimore waterfront. This was definitely the perfect way to close out the summer whether, can’t wait to go back!

My friends and I have sailed with Yachtsy numerous times over the summer, and every experience has been nothing short of thrilling. The customer service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is always lively and enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a group outing with friends or even a memorable date!
