Hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I returned the hired tablecloths on the agreed date, yet because their staff failed to do the most basic part of their job and scan the items back in, I’ve been slapped with a completely unjustified bill of over £500. What’s worse is the disgraceful way they handle complaints. Every time I call, I’m passed endlessly between departments like a nuisance they’re trying to get rid of. No one takes responsibility, no one gives a straight answer, and on two separate occasions the call was simply cut off because they couldn’t explain their own mistake. That’s not an accident — that’s deliberate avoidance. This company is disorganised, unprofessional, and clearly incapable of managing its own stock or customer accounts. Instead of fixing their error, they push the stress, wasted time, and financial burden onto the customer and hope you’ll give up. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring tables, chairs, or event equipment to go elsewhere. I will be actively warning people in my industry to avoid this company at all costs. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not use them. Google is a being nice by allowing 1 stars and not 0 Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve used YaHire a number of times and they’ve been consistently great. The team are attentive, always on time, and very competitive on pricing. They follow up quickly on quotes, often offer a return discount, and make sure everything has gone smoothly after each hire. Reliable, easy to work with, and well organised throughout.

I recently hired 30 x conference chairs from Yahire and they were perfect! The service was so professional, with chairs being delivered on the day of our event with plenty of time to spare and the delivery drivers even helped us carry them through the building to our space. Quick, easy and great value for money! A special thanks to Ben for sorting it all out for us!

Great experience using Yahire for furniture rental for our wedding. The chairs we rented looked great, and the whole process was easy, we didn’t have to worry about anything or coordinate with Yahire at all on the day. They just dropped off the chairs at the time we agreed and picked them up the next day - easy peasy!
