For whatever reason, a subset of the moving crew thought it fit to refer to me as a homophobic slur in Spanish repeatedly in what they thought was their private conversation. This is made even more ridiculous because I was wearing a hat with a Spanish word on it. I may be fair skinned, but let's use some context clues and basic common sense, guys. I just wanted my stuff off of the truck and didn't return their idiocy. I can't fault the crew for their actual work, and the price was fair. They arrived promptly, were quick, and worked hard. They went above and beyond in some instances. However, I have 0 desire to repeat the experience. Keep it professional.

We had an outstanding experience with Yet & Yeti. The entire process—from receiving an estimate to scheduling a walkthrough, was seamless and efficient. Their team handled all of our monitors, delicate items, and specialized equipment with great care and came fully prepared with the right tools for the job. On moving day, the crew was punctual, worked efficiently, and maintained a professional yet personable approach throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were highly flexible in accommodating our needs, including scheduling adjustments, pricing considerations, and ongoing questions. They proved to be both responsible and trustworthy, and we would not hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to others.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! From start to finish they were Amazing. Their estimate was up front, no hidden fees. The even sent a pre moving check list to make sure I had everything set and ready. If I ever have to move again, they will be my first call!!

Yak and Yeti did an excellent job. They traveled from Oakland to Santa Cruz, arrived on time and did a professional well organized job all day. The team worked very well together and I couldn't have been more please and pleasantly surprised with the skill, kindness, professionalism and cost. Thank you.

These guys are gentle and very strong. My move was not an easy one. They moved heavy furniture up 75 steps. I highly recommend the Yak and Yeti movers!
