I recently dined at Yakiniku KBBQ and had a mixed experience. The food itself was good, and the overall vibe and atmosphere were nice—especially the seating and view, which made the dining experience enjoyable. However, the service really needs improvement. It was quite slow from the start—we had to wait a long time just to get drinks and have the grill set up. Throughout the meal, we often had to call the waitress multiple times, especially to get the grill changed, which should have been done more proactively. I also didn’t like that we had to make our own sauces and order our own sides, as that’s not my preference when dining at a KBBQ restaurant like this. For the price of $30.99 for AYCE dinner, I expected a smoother and more attentive experience. Additionally, it was disappointing that desserts and even small soups were not included and had to be ordered separately. Overall, good food and ambiance, but the slow service and extra inconveniences made it feel less worth the price.
