Great company with consistently knowledgable and helpful staff. Today it was Matt and he was professional and very clear about possible issues and solutions. Really appreciated the time he took to explain what was going on and what needed to be addressed now, vs some recommendations for the future. Been using YPC for a few years now for the annual maintenance plan, and I have been impressed with every tech that I've worked with. Keep up the great work!

Our condo association has been a YP client for over 12 years- we are always met with professionalism by the onsite service team and flexibility with the intake staff. Just wanted to provide a shout out to Kendra who did our exterior service today- what a delightful, courteous service- answered all my questions and said it was no problem to call for any new concerns.

I have been so impressed by the professionalism and care the stellar technicians at YP have demonstrated to us over the years. In particular, Shane is a shining star!! He has come out to our home for the last several inspections and I just cannot say enough how incredible he is! He is professional, yes, but patient, engaged, polite, smart, incredibly knowledgeable and truly has a passion to do his job well! Over the last couple of years, we have been trying to eradicate a mouse infestation in our basement. Shane meticulously checked the inside and outside of the foundation, crawling under porches, pawing through the basement and garage to find entry points. And throughout the process explained his findings and helped us to understand what changes and fixes we could pursue. As a result we took his advice and replaced parts of our garage door, and sealed up around our basement door. Yesterday, as he was attempting to leave after a thorough inspection, he came back into the garage and tackled a seemingly inaccessible part of the garage where he fount the jackpot!! His patience, attention to detail and desire to truly fix the problem was nothing short of astounding. He is amazing. YP do whatever you can to hold onto this truly stellar young man! He is an impressive representative for your company! Take good care of him!

I've been a happy customer for 10 years. These guys have always been responsive and effective! See a problem, call them up and the come and address it, every time. We recently had an issue with some little critters that found a new way into our kitchen and YPC sent their technician Sean our way. He took a walk around our entire foundation and addressed any areas that looked compromised, inside he took a thorough look around and discretely laid out bait stations and scheduled a revisit 3 weeks later. Problem solved virtually overnight. No critters in site. After 3 weeks Sean checked all the bait stations and none had any activity. Very impressive. Well worth the dollar a day contract. Highly recommend

Greetings. I have been a satisfied Yankee Pest Control customer since 2011. I've had to have 3 large hornets nests removed by technicians in the past 3 years. Most recently Shane and John were onsite to remove a Hornet Nest, 30' high on the crown of the roof. The large nest was mitigated without any issues, and I'm grateful for their skill and expertise. Both were very pleasant and professional. They provided timely status updates during the scheduling process and did a professional and thorough job with this dangerous task. Many thanks. Both Yankee Pest and the 2 techs Shane and John, earn 5 Stars!! Highly recommended.
