Listed a wine online that they didn't have. They told me in an email a few days after I ordered and asked if I still wanted the other bottle or if they should cancel the whole order. I promptly responded and asked them to cancel the whole thing. They still sent me the other bottle. Now, there has been no response to the 3 emails I have sent.

What a hidden Virginia Beach gem. Between here and their retail store I found what I was looking for. Everyone was very responsive and I was the warehouse is easy to locate.

I made several phone calls to the shop after not recieving a bottle in my order. They have been nice and provided refunds for undelivered goods but i shouldnt have to verify everything and ask. Shipped in 9 days.... shouldve told me you dont have it instead of 9 days of radio silence. Its ok but alot of legwork.
