I have participated in a few classes and events at Yoga Now. I love that they have so many ways to support the community including a meditation every month. The classes are unique and gentle and I look forward to attending some of the teacher trainings in the future.

Hello lovlies! I took yoga teacher training in 2024-2025. The experience was life changing. The owner, Susi and the teachers and mentors all amplify love and acceptance. They hold space lovingly in their classes. The studio itself is so comfy and the energy is welcoming. I highly recomment checking out their classes and events they have monthly.

✨ Yoga Now is so much more than a studio, it’s a sanctuary. For over 10 years, it’s been the place I come home to myself. The energy inside those walls is sacred, grounded in deep tradition, lineage, and love. Every class holds space for both stillness and transformation, and every teacher honors yoga as the living, breathing practice that it is. Going through teacher training here and continuing to study, especially under Susi, has been nothing short of life-changing. I’ve learned to truly trust myself, to rewire my nervous system, and to expand my capacity to hold presence for myself, for those I love, and for others. There is something intangible yet profoundly beautiful about Yoga Now and the community that’s been created here. It’s a place where I feel seen, accepted, and completely at peace. This is, and always will be, the space I return to — again and again — to be on my mat, breathe deeply, and remember who I am. 🕉️💛

Yoga classes focused on relaxation, breathing, Ayurveda, and meditation. Susi Amendola opened Yoga Now in 1983, so it’s the longest running yoga center in Nebraska. Susi is amazing and the center feels so comfortable and relaxing.

I highly recommend Yoga Now on Maple Street in Omaha. The founder and Director of Yoga Now , Susie Amendola, is the real deal. She will gently guide you on your path. Her teachers and the staff are so supportive. I have been attending yoga classes since the early 90s and have just completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training. It is a truly beautiful experience. Be kind to yourself and check out Yoga Now you will not be disappointed.

I can't even begin to tell you just how amazing this place is! It feels like home to me and everyone is so kind and inviting. I'm just about to finish up yoga teacher training and I can't wait to see where I go from here! I love the many classes that are offered as well as the knowledge I've gained from the teacher training. The instructors are all so inclusive and always remind everyone that each class is to be made your own and to do what feels right to each individual in their own bodies. It's gentle or challenging and it's up to you! Highly recommend, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
