Chris led a great class that was both informative and productive. As someone fairly experienced with stretching and mobility, his class still challenged me and exposed some weaknesses that I will continue to work on. Studio is very nice and clean as well, and the two ladies working the front desk were very polite and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
I went to Abby’s class at 10:30 and it was amazing. The energy in the room was great. Her voice and instructional directions were very clear and motivating. I would come back to take more of her power classes.

Her classes are fun, challenging, but she’s considerate of people being at different levels and I feel comfortable going at my own pace. Chris is always in a great mood and fun to talk to!
