The man at the front desk was extremely rude when asking simple questions(the poor girl upfront was trying to help me and he just cut in and said it’s not done why are you here), they held my vehicle for over a week and a half including two weekends with calls at the end of their workdays when I was told it would be a fast simple fix (the tech failed on the seals over 4 times), the communication was terrible and I was falsely told when things would be finished showing up several times just to be told to leave, and the “fix” has failed in less than 5,000 miles. Sadly my experience was terrible the whole way through and I was charged for extra diagnostic checks when I didn’t ask for them on top of a crazy price to resolve my issue. I’m a younger guy and I felt like they tried everything they could to take advantage of me. Update I took it in to be worked on at a new shop and they informed me that’s a 10 mm socket was left in my engine and caused a hole in my pan.

Great service! Engaged with their customers and only perform repairs based on customer concerns. They give advice of service on things they see may be a problem, yet don’t make it mandatory. A fabulous experience. As I went in for an oil change, I was a little disappointed they didn’t put a mileage and or monthly requirement sticker in the upper left corner in the driver’s side windshield yet a minor concern. However I’d like to have it as I definitely intend to return for more oil changes.
