Easy to make appointment online, they got us in quickly, and diagnosed the electrical problem very quickly. Better yet, they had the issue fixed very quickly and were very reasonably priced for it. Highly recommend Yost Auto!

I've been a customer off and on for about 10 years. My coworkers have been pleased with their work for years, so please keep that in mind - your mileage with Yost may vary! I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance, a couple of known issues, and a diagnostic to solve another issue. As promised, the front desk called within 60 minutes with a quote on all the work. The major repair quote came in very high, with the part nearly double what another OEM part could be purchased for online and total repair cost at least $500 more than another shop in town (I called around after I was shocked by the cost). I responded after getting some input and passed on the major repair for now and agreed to the rest of the work. Near the end of the day I called to get an update. The diagnostic had been performed but I was not told the results and was told the maintenance was finished. I was told they were waiting on input from me on the diagnostic...but they'd not informed me of it. When I picked up my vehicle I found out they only did 1/3 the maintenance (no air filter replacement, no oil change). Prices are close to getting work done at the dealer and parts a steep premium. This is not the first time that Yost has failed to communicate and their prices are consistently higher than their competitors. The work they do is typically good quality. So if you can hand-hold them to find out what is going on and cost isn't your determining factor, Yost will be good for you. As for me, I will likely not be returning and will recommend other shops in Wichita.

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The gentlemen at the counter were super informative and helped me get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. After shopping around Yost had the best price and got me an appointment quick. Will definitely be back. Great job!

Yost is the only shop in Wichita I trust to get the work done properly, and charge fairly. HIGHLY recommend them. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and pleasant. I’ve never had a single “ok” experience there. It’s always 5 star service. Thank you, Yost for keeping the old school business model while still keeping things innovative!

I've been going to Yost for over thirty years. They have never disappointed me. My most recent visit was for something quite small, but they fit me in and fixed my issue quickly. Best place in town to get your car worked on. You can definitely trust them to do right by you and your vehicle.
