Having Domenica as our wedding planner is definitely the second best decision we made in year 2023. The first best decision is getting married. LOL. We did a quick research online and chose her to be our wedding planner when our time was really tight. We contacted her on February 2023 and planned to have our wedding on August 2023. Even with this short period of time, she gave us the best wedding we expected. Here are some key points we want to tell everyone about her service. 1: The service was efficient. Me and my husband were crazy busy at work, we have no time to plan everything. At the first day of the meeting, I showed her some of my dream wedding pictures and told her our budget. Then, she did all the research and communication herself. Me and my husband only need to review the option she provided and make simple multiple choice. We just told her what we want, she will make it happen. It was that easy! 2: She is super friendly and patient. We had no idea how the ceremony should go and what are the typical process of a wedding. She explained everything to us, and told us what we should do. She really helped us with our anxiety. Even if she handled most of the hassle, we still worked as a team. She does not make me feel we are just another client, she makes me feel we are someone she really care about. 3: Her service was professional. At our big day, she was busier than us. She was busy with making sure everything flew smoothly and every important person was in position. I can't imagine how it would went if we did not have her checking for us. Overall, our families kept telling us how great our wedding was and how much they enjoyed it. When I am writing this review and recalling my memory of our wedding, there is not even a single thing I think could be better. I am so glad we had her as our wedding planner!!!
A masterpiece from day one. A masterclass of weddings. Going into our planning Domenica made us feel like we had been friends forever. Having the queer wedding of our dreams and not necessarily following the traditional guidelines was really important to us. Not only did Domenica manage our expectations but she also took her time to understand our vision. She took her time and taught us how to dance, how to capture our moment, and she clearly understood that our small touches of this day meant the world to us. You can feel her attention to detail! Domenica made us feel important and validated all our concerns leading up to the day. I couldn't have pictured having this day without her there as she oh-so effortlessly kept us on track, kept everyone in line, handled the conversations we didn't want to, enjoyed herself and truly did way more than I ever expected!
Domenica eliminated every ounce of stress for our big day. From our first meeting and then meeting with our venue, she went above and beyond to ensure that we were made a priority, not missing a single detail, and coming prepared with all the questions that we didn’t even know we should be asking. When a vendor tried to change our contract, she took lead to explain our rights and craft a response (which ultimately paid off!) 2 weeks before our wedding, she seamlessly took over the communication with our vendors, introduced herself and updated them anytime a detail was altered, and confirmed all the details with our vendors a few days before so nothing was forgotten. Throughout the evening, she was on top of everything! Communicating with food and bar staff to ensure the food was coming out at the right times, checking in on the beverage spend, and working with our MC to keep the schedule on track. During speeches, she also ensured the sound was loud enough for everyone to hear. If you are thinking about getting a wedding planner or a day planner, I would HIGHLY recommend Domenica at You Forever to take the stress out of everything!
Domenica was such a pleasure to work with! She was able to create a beautiful wedding out of our random pintrest board and keep everything within budget. She really got to know us and added some personal touches that were really special. She made the whole process seamless and worry free. Her communication was fantastic and we always got a response within minutes. Most importantly, on the day of our wedding she was really keeping the whole event running smoothly, any hiccup was handled with calmness and made sure it didn't add any stress to our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! The whole day was better then we expected and most of that was Domenica's hard work and passion. Thank you!!
Hiring Domenica and You Forever was simply the best decision we made in planning our 15 anniversary party. She was a pleasure to work with, full of great ideas and experience. She recommended excellent vendors that we would otherwise have never heard of. She made the process so easy, making sure everything stayed on track and knew how to resolve any minor issue that emerged with a calming and professional demeanor. She made our anniversary absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without her. Would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding, anniversary or any event!
