We sought training to help our dog, Oscar, with his fearful reactivity. Freddie was amazing and immediately recognized that Oscar had taken on a role in our “pack” that did not fit his personality and it was causing him stress. Freddie taught us how to redirect Oscar’s nervous energy and communicate with him in a way he understands, and how to interpret what Oscar was trying to communicate to us. All of this has allowed him to take on a more appropriate pack role and be more comfortable. Applying what Freddie taught us, we could see that Oscar was more relaxed after the first session and after a few sessions it was like we had a whole new unspoken language to use with him. Oscar's sweet nature continues to emerge as we continue to apply what we learned.

The relational approach to helping a puppy/dog learn is spot on! I wish we'd known about them for our 4yo dog. Neil is fantastic!!

Wish I had the opportunity to write a great review, but after contacting YDBF there was no follow up from them except an automated email. I responded to that email and got no response. They absolutely dropped the ball and I moved on.

We've been to many of their classes over the years because we foster dogs. They do a great job of helping us understand what the dogs are thinking and how to communicate with the dogs in a way they understand. They have been instrumental in us getting some challenging dogs ready for their furever homes.

We have loved the puppy classes here and recommend them to anyone! Neil has incredible knowledge about all sizes, breeds, and ages of dogs. We've learned so much from him and how to raise our puppy successfully. This is exactly what we were looking for!

We're working through some behavioral issues with my furry friend. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. Our first appointment went extremely well, Adam was great with our dog and made us feel very comfortable. Looking forward to our next sessions!
