Customer service here is trash. They will disregard your problems and add on more products to the pre-made list that they came up with and justify the poor quality products they sell. The closure I purchased had lots of flyaways and they would not resolve my issue. $500 worth of hair to have to go in and try to fix it myself is CRAZY! They delete comments from IG and charge $25 for shipping. Update: Their closures are only good for one use. Literally one install and its balding. I am posting photos of my hair before I left for work and during work. Pathetic how they’re still selling trash.

Went to the storefront today because I have not been able to figure out what brand I wanted to go with for my curly hair. The service was excellent. She was patient and informative. Didn’t push me to buy anything and wanted to make sure I felt most comfortable with my decision. I am suppose to go back since they didn’t have the length I was looking for but I plan to make my purchase from them despite the larger financial investment in comparison to some other brands.

This was my first time purchasing from Yummy Hair and the in store experience was a 10/10!! The store itself is a vibe and is cutely decorated! Alyssia was super friendly & nice! She explained to me in detail how to care for my extensions. She even referred me to yummy approved hair stylist so I can get a wig made. She truly went above & beyond! I will definitely be back again!

I’m not sure who’s being paid to post misleading reviews, but I’m here to be completely honest. I always give credit when it’s due, but I also can’t stand when businesses deceive their customers. I purchased a wig from Yummy some time ago, spending nearly $1,000. I didn’t wear it right away because I have tons of wigs. I saw this one at their store. The hair quality on the mannequin at the store felt different. I thought that is what I was getting. I purchased it because I loved the hair and didn’t want them to sell out and not restock that quality hair. I kept it stored in the original box in My closet as if it was a precious jewel until i was ready to have it styled to wear. Before putting the wig away, I noticed the hair looked tangled because of course I examined it after purchase. Concerned, I called the store, and they assured me that following the care instructions would resolve the issue. Despite reading negative reviews, I decided to keep the wig until I was ready to wear it. Fast forward to finally putting it on, the HD lace frontal is thin, almost balding, and clearly needs more hair added. I bought the Raw LAO wavy texture, but when I say this hair gets unbelievably tangled, I mean it. It knots up like synthetic doll hair. I couldn’t even get my fingers through it. I was so embarrassed this hair was balled up in knots looking this way on my head. I’ve purchased hair from Dees Hair Boutique and She’s Happy Hair, both of which have remained soft for years without excessive shedding or tangling. Yummy’s wig, however, sheds terribly and constantly knots up. For anyone reading reviews, believe what customers are saying because they are not lying. And to Yummy representatives, don’t bother responding to this review pretending to be unaware of the poor-quality hair being used for your wigs. There is no way this is 100% human hair. As someone who has bought countless bundles and wigs over the years, I stand by that statement. I will never purchase from Yummy again, and I will be upfront with anyone who asks about their hair. I refuse to let others waste $1,000 on low-quality products. If you want low quality wigs, go on Ali express and pay $75-$100 and. Even then some of those wigs have better quality than this mess. Please don’t hop under my post saying you would love to rectify this situation. Only thing you can do for me is give me a good quality wig in exchange that does not nap up and shed. After seeing images below producing good quality hair doesn’t seem to be a thing for your company. If customers were being accommodated for this nappy hair you’re selling, they would come back and remove the negative review. I will be sure to post my review everywhere I can to alert others

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase and would not recommend Yummy Extensions. I bought five bundles and a closure of the Raw Cambodian Curly Wave, and this hair is far from 'raw.' I had a unit made a few weeks ago, and every time I style it the hair becomes matted and turns into a frustrating project to detangle and restore. The texture is nothing like the luscious, soft hair shown in the online images. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the quality and will never shop here again!
